Innovative Teaching Practices

An increasingly complex world requires an increasingly expansive education. We at the Department of Computer Engineering, attain this through sustained and enhanced rigorous technical curriculum and rich, interdisciplinary learning environment. Learning can never cease – especially for engineers, because the world around us is changing at a rapid pace. Engineering and technological development becomes more and more globalized, interdisciplinary. To address these challenging issues, and produce competent professionals, the department of Computer Engineering aims to build SMART (Specific Measurable Attainable Realistic Timebound) engineers through various modes of learning for overall holistic development of students: The learning is provided in the form of following Teaching Schemes: University Based Learning (UBL), Activity Based Learning (ABL), Technology Based Learning (TBL), Project Based Learning (PBL), Self/Collaborative Based Learning (PBL), and beyond University prescribed curriculum.
